What is the use of move command in AutoCAD. Many times users need to move objects in the drawing. Move command helps us to move any object from one place to another place or users can say that change the location of any objects from the origin. For example, one or more objects need to move in the drawing. Only move command helps us to do so in the AutoCAD.
How To Move An Object In AutoCAD.
1. Type M or Move in the command line.
2. Select the object which needs to move as shown in pic-1.

3. Specify the base point, means users need to select the reference point of the object where from to move the object as shown in pic-2.
