Aligned Dimension Use In The AutoCAD
Many times users need to give dimension on angular lines. Which is not possible by linear dimension. The aligned command uses to give on those lines which are not horizontally or vertically. Users use this command to give dimension on angular lines in AutoCAD.
How to give aligned dimension in the AutoCAD.
1. Type ALI in the command line and press enter or users can take aligned dimension command from the dimensions toolbar as well as shown in pic-1.

2. Select the first point of the line as shown in pic-2.

3. Select the second point of the line as shown in pic-3.

4. After selection of both point of the line, take the cursor upside and press click to give aligned dimension as shown in pic-4.
